To make it even more nutritious, add diced onions and bell peppers. The two cans (each) of cream of chicken soup and tomatoes will make this more stew-like. This was GOOD!! A lot of flavor and very few calories. I used Ragu lite Parm alfredo sauce and pesto from Costco. I think you could add some white wine or chicken broth if you wanted the sauce a little thinner, or if you wanted to toss over pasta.Submitted by MONAST
I take this to pot luck dinners and alway get asked for the recipe. I used regular soup to calculate calories. I often use the 98 % fat free and we like it just as much. I used full fat cheese because I cannot get reduced fat swiss at my local store. I used 5 large skinless boneless chicken breasts and cut in half per serving. I really like roaster asparagus with this for a easy meal I just put the spears in for the last 15 min. Makes great left overs, and freezes well. Submitted by MONAST
