I sometimes use garbanzos instead of black beans. Ancho chili powder isn't necessary but adds a nice touch.

Very lemony with very tender chicken. You can actually eat all of the lemon slices because they stew and become very tender also. Cooking eliminates nearly all of the bitterness in the peel. Can be made in advance and left to stew on low heat.Submitted by PINGPONG6
