I got this recipe from "The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook". The cookbook says there are more calories then was calculated on here, probably due to the different brands used in calculating the nutritional information. The original nutritional informations is as follows; 223 calories, 27 grams protein, 16 grams carbs, 5 grams fat, 66 miligrams of cholesterol, 1 gram fiber, 283 miligrams sodium.
Serve with brown rice and and steamed vegetables to make a hearty meal. But don't forget to calculate in the rice and vegetables to your meal.Submitted by KIMDAWLAR
