Add to enough skinless chicken breast to serve six, roasted, bones removed, and a stalk of celery, and one cup of diced fruit [apple, grapes, pineapple, Mandarin orange]. Do not add dressing until just before serving. If too dry, add fat free chicken broth for moisture.Submitted by 60SIXTY

Wild rice takes an hour to prepare. Most of prep can be done while it is cooking. Early in the day, cut frozen spinach in half, put half back in refrigerator, freeze the rest.
