Honey Lime Dijon Dressing

A low-fat recipe with the flavor of regular dressing. This is a thick dressing, excellent on salads as well as a dipping sauce for chicken strips! Submitted by 76KENDRA

Maple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Maple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

This dressing is perfect on any salad, especially with shrimp, it also serves as a great marinade for steak. I first had this a small outdoor cafe and searched high and low for the recipe. I finally found this recipe on about.com from "The Official Vermont Maple Cookbook," Second Edition, published by the Vermont Maple Foundation. It's not as good as the dressing at Vintage Cafe but it is a close second. Submitted by AWILL94571

Paleo Noodles and Nutty Sauce

More substitutions than usual when I adapt a recipe! No grains in these 'noodles' made from konjac; almond butter instead of peanut, enoki mushrooms swapped in for bean sprouts, and of course you'd want cold/expelled pressed sesame oil or something similar. Worcestershire from the UK doesn't have HFCS in it; I don't know about this brand I picked from Spark's database. I also removed the added sugar, especially since there should be enough in the rice wine to give this "sweet and spicy" dish all the zing it needs!Submitted by FROGFARM

Cole Slaw

This is a traditional German recipe adapted for paleo (no added sugar, better quality oil). Dairy-free folks might try coconut milk to substitute for creme fraiche.Submitted by FROGFARM
