A gal brought this to a potblessing meal at the church. It disappeared quickly! If you add more or less mayo or more chips, adjust the calories accordingly. Adding a tbsp. of cumin and some red pepper would give the salad a little kick.Submitted by PANSYLADY2

This is a mixture of quinoa and chopped vegetables with lemon juice as a dressing. I eat this as a healthy filling lunch or snack.

A greek salad with a few small twists. Very filling without some of the extra calories or added salt. No olives to keep the sodium down.

Makes a creamy dressing for salads. Use it on a crab louie. Add fresh salsa for a taco salad, add pickle relish for a traditional thousand island, or ad some cajun spice to kick it up. It's a low fat take off the original recipe my grandmother got from a chef at a popular seafood restaurant years ago. The Fage replaces mayo since low fat & no fat mayo have an aftertaste.
