Turkey Reuben, dressingless (office style)

This is my favorite lunch to make when I remember to bring all of the ingredients into the office. I grill the whole sandwich on my office panini grill. On a hunt for reduced calorie rye bread to cut the calories even more!Submitted by FITMAXIN

European Pancakes (German) with flax
European Pancakes (German) with flax

A simple European pancake recipe for flat pancakes using simple ingredients and with tons of flax. Possible toppings: syrup, fresh fruit or jam or for a russian twist add sour cream, make batter a bit thinner for crepes and fill with whipped creme and fresh raspberries and top with chocolate syrup. For savory meals fill with cooked veggies and cheese such as asparagus and melted velveta. You can add thinly sliced apples to the batter with a pinch of cinnamon for a variation. Photo: filled with fresh ripe mango and cottage cheese.

Great for any meal of the day. Submitted by FITMOMMY18

Hawaiian Turkey Burgers

This is a great summer time grill meal. I absolutely fell in love with these burgers. The recipe calls for 4 burgers, but I think they come out really big, so I make 5-6 smaller burgers.Submitted by BARBIDOLL76

Some people call these Sloppy Joe's. I think that the canned sauce (manwich) is too tart to call them Authentic wimpies. This is on the sweeter side. This is a recipe that is as close to mom's as I could come up with. Unfortunately I never did ask her how to make them. You can substitue bottled or home canned Chili sauce(recommended) for the Tomato sauce (I do use it if I have it on hand but couldn't find it in the ingredient search) Serve it on whole wheat hamburger buns. (not included in nutrition count)
1/2 cup per serving.
You can use ground turkey or TVP I have tried both and prefer the extra lean ground beef. Submitted by MACS706
