Our favorite vegan version of an oil free veggie burger. Delicious served with sliced tomato, onions, lettuce and ketchup on toasted whole grain bread. Leftovers can be heated in the microwave but these burgers are even good as a cold sandwich for lunch.Submitted by MEMCPHEE

Initially, this recipe may seem like allot of steps but it’s really easy and worth any trouble. I make little 3” sandwich, using a good quality dinner roll or a larger sandwich roll for a meal. I have gotten rave reviews and requests for a return engagement when I have made these for parties. Yippy!Submitted by ANNETTEBELISLE
I like to make Italian chicken sandwiches with this. I split the pieces. Smear them with low- calorie mayonnaise that has balsamic vinegar mixed in. Put on a slab of marinated grilled chicken breast, a slice of fresh mozzarella, and serve with a mixture of chopped tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil, oregano, salt and pepper and just a little olive oil all mixed together. It's wonderful!!Submitted by LRUSSELLFAMILY
This is a very adaptable base bread made from coconut flour for those of us who are avoiding wheat, standard flour, or gluten. To adapt simply add ingredients that you would to any other bread recipe. For example, to make sweet add cinnamon and raisins, or dried cranberries. To make savory add garlic and spinach, maybe pistachios. This recipe and its variations are limited only by your creativity and daring.Submitted by SPLATEK
This was a throw-together wrap that turned out tasting AMAZING. I grilled the garden burger, which could have upped the yum factor, but the garden burger definitely could have been cooked on the stove top or in the oven...or the microwave, if you're short on time!Submitted by FIT2TEACHNC
