Salmon Chilli Bean Soup (high protein)

*This is a correction of Salmon Bean Soup which had wrong measurements for the Pinto Beans (Chili Beans).

This high protein soup is ideal for women trying to get their protein during pregnancy. The tomatoes are important to mask the soy milk. The firm tofu and salmon with blend well into the broth, naturally breaking up. It is a pretty nice alternative to the pregnant woman who needs a break from eggs, chicken and steak for their protein.Submitted by BEWOLFF
