Vegetarian (should be Vegan too, right?) blend of grains, legumes, seeds, and some miscellaneous stuff. Easy to make in a crock pot, done in a large batch on the weekend to eat for lunches all week long.
Made this yesterday and while the flavor was good, the color and texture of the banana was a little off-putting, so I think next time I make it I'll leave out the banana - maybe add it after cooking and before eating. :)
