Smoothie for Atheletes

Great tasting, high protein and energy for those growing sporty kids or atheletes! Can freeze in styrofoam or plastic cups so kids can get them when needed! They just have to microwave them for about 30,45 to 60 seconds depending on how frozen, slushy, or smooth they want them! My kids love them and then they get their fruit and milk food groups, and some sustained energy!!! Can substitute low fat products to make it low fat.
