Hermits with extra fruit

Soak raisins, ginger and orange peel in warm water to allow them to plump up. This also removes some of the added sugar on the orange peel and ginger. I suppose you can also substitute 2 egg whites for the whole egg. Submitted by CHRISTINEJUNECH
