This recipe if borrowed from the blog Loves Veggies and Yoga. This is a moist yummy muffin. The original recipe calls for another .25 cups of white sugar which can be omitted if you wish. The protein powder is also optional. I didn't realized how much sugar per serving there was until I calculated it on here.
