Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you like Buffalo Chicken Wings, you'll love this! It's all the yumminess in a dip! This is a great potluck or party item! I get raves everytime I make it.

Rescue Salad

I find myself faced with temptations a lot to eat things that are chock full of refined sugars and unhealthy things such as high fructose corn syrup. Healthy Party Dip

This is one of my favorite dips and its actually pretty low fat and healthy. My mom and I make it for all kinds of occasions and its always a hit!
