Chocolate Strawberry/Banana Protein Smoothie

This uses the Designer Whey Protein Shake. I'm sure any Shake Powder will do. The Chocolate Designer Whey has 100 calories per scoop. It is split into 5 containers about 6 oz each. I use this after a run. This works for me, it's low in calories because I don't use milk. You can still taste the mix a bit, but it's better than the mix by itself. Submitted by TEACHERBRI
