I love this guac. It never comes out the same each time because of the avocados. ALWAYS start with fresh, ripe avocados. You can alter this recipe to be more mild or spicier. Submitted by JSENDER
This recipe if borrowed from the blog Loves Veggies and Yoga. This is a moist yummy muffin. The original recipe calls for another .25 cups of white sugar which can be omitted if you wish. The protein powder is also optional. I didn't realized how much sugar per serving there was until I calculated it on here. This is my grandma's original homemade Pico de Gallo recipe! This is a real family favorite at my house. It's super-fast and easy to make and the result is absolutely delicious!
A traditional Mexican salsa, Pico de Gallo is naturally low carb and low fat. This is a super healthy recipe!
This is also a vegetarian and vegan food. So, if you are vegetarian or vegan (or just looking for a super healthy snack full of veggies) this is a recipe you MUST try!
