Lots of Fiber and yummy.
You can sprinkle muffins with a tiny bit of brown sugar and crushed pecans for a little more sweetness before you bake them but that's not in the calorie count.Submitted by LOOK@LOVE
This recipe was adapted from a blueberry oat bran muffin submitted by Dona1012, which was fabulous on its own. One of the comments on her recipe was that they are a bit sticky. To rectify this, I added 1/4 cup of WW Flour. While this increases the calories marginally, its just too hard to eat a sticky muffin while driving. :) This also ups the fiber a pinch. The flour can easily be omitted.
I love cinnamon with craisins, thus the amount. But adjust to your taste. You could also use pumpkin pie spice... YUM!Submitted by BECCIVANNI
