Healthy Spicy Banana Bread Muffins

Yummy 115 calorie alternative to high-fat /calorie muffins. I added flax seed for an extra boost of Omega-3 fatty acids, and a little oil to help keep it from being too spongey (like so many low-fat muffins have.) You can use less (or more cinnamon/spices as you choose.) Makes 12 muffins or one loaf. (I like the muffins, so you can make sure you know your exact calories.)Submitted by AUBREYJO

Gluten Free, Nut Free Banana Bread

My daughter is allergic to nuts, and all the GF recipes called for nuts... We also like less sugar than most recipes. The original called for 2/3 cup, so I halved it and added molasses.Submitted by AUBREYJO
