Fat blasting protein shake

This is a good protein shake for blasting fat. The all natural peanut butter will help your body burn fat while the carbs from the skim milk and protein powder will provide the energy you need.

I wouldn't recommend this for a dail use. Only as a quick pre-workout or mid-day boost. Hope you enjoy. It has taken me 6 months to find a shake I enjoy. So I wanted to share my new discovery with you all.Submitted by NEWSTART26

Cranberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

YUM! This recipe makes 18 large cookies. If you want to reduce calories, you can make them smaller. I've also found that they are still quite good if you reduce the cane juice crystals by a little bit. The sweetness of the cranberries and chocolate make up for it!

They make a good pre-workout boost or an awesome afternoon treat to calm a sweets craving. The combo of carbs, fiber, and protein will hold you over for a while.
