Chocolate (Frozen) Banana Shake

This light protein shake for a quick chocolate pick me up/ mini-meal. Use frozen banana for an extra thick, extra frothy shake. Use 8 oz cold water instead of 4oz soy milk to cut down on about 50 calories for a lighter shake. I prefer the the taste & creaminess of the soy milk myself. Or you can put a whole cup of soy in & and leave out the ice cream and save another 60 calories. Fiddle with it to meet your dietary & gustatory needs.Submitted by ZUMBITA
