These are a great healthy snack. Even my sister who hates string beans likes them. You can add different spices and to make it even easier. Throw the oil in a bag with the beans and just shake them unti coated.Submitted by DVG1027

This granola is not overly sweet and is awesome on yogurt, ice cream, baked apples, or even by itself as cereal with milk.
I make my granola gluten free using GF Oats, nuts and other ingredients but it can be make using regular ingredients if you dont need to follow a GF diet.Submitted by LOSINGJESS
these are simple to make. May need to make a few subs to lower calories as these are pretty calorie dense. think next time I make them I may sub apple sauce for the oil and splenda for the brown sugar.
