Low-fat Bran Muffins

This is a modified recipe of my earlier post Bran Muffins. I substituted 1/2 cup applesauce and 1 TBSP olive oil because I didn't have canola oil anyway. I also reduced cooking time to 16 minutes. They turned out GREAT. REally, best bran muffin recipe I have yet tried.Submitted by KARINCHU

This is an easy dip to make and it is very good. I found that Hellmans mayo works best. there is 32 severing 1 tablespoon each. keeps for about a week in fridge.Submitted by FAYEGLORY

use everything unsweetened make them very low in sugar. i also used splenda, If you pause the chocolate chips and cranberries in the food processor a couple hits it chops them smaller and will be more flavor spread better thru all the muffins.i also put 1/2 cup of the oatmeal in the food processor to fine ground like a flour.Submitted by FAYEGLORY
