i used chef meg's pumpkin smoothie recipe as the base for this. i've tweaked it a bit to suit my needs a little better--more protein, less refined sugar. it's still pretty carby, so might not be the best choice for some, but all the sugar is from whole fruit or stevia. i think it's pretty tasty, and it's got mad vitamins and nutrients. it's also very filling! it can be made the night before and refrigerated for a quick breakfast shake.Submitted by ANDALEX
