This is a recipe I adapted to use Gluten free oats. I combine oats, with Quinoa flakes and buckwheat flakes. Any variety of seeds or nuts could be used, as well as coconut flakes. The seasonings can be increased for added flavor, and the nutmeg could be substituted with ginger. Any variety of dry fruit can be used. I happen to have dry cranberries on hand all the time so I just use them. My kids love this as a topping for yogurt .Submitted by WRITEFROMHOME
