This recipe is from Dr. Oz (Oprah Show) and is all the energy you need in a day to get your day started off right. I make it every other morning and blend it in my Magic Bullet (blender).
It is easy to quickly chop the ingredients the night before and just blend it for 30 seconds when I wake up.
