Sangria like broke college students in Spain drink. :)
There are a million variations you can do on Sangria with different types of wine, fruits, juice, spices, liquors, etc. but this is imitates the classic recipe. Traditional Sangria uses lemon juice, sugar and seltzer water instead of lemonade, and also includes brandy and sometimes cinnamon.
If you want to cut calories even more I suggest using MinuteMaid Light Lemonade, Diet Sprite, or Diet Orange Soda instead of lemonade. I use a powdered mix because it's cheaper and a little sweeter.Submitted by JMISTROUBLE

Packed with protein and fiber, yet low in calories, this is one of my families favorite favorite dinners. This has a really high sodium count. I have never tried to make it low sodium. It is delicious just as it is. I personally like it with more recaito, (I use about a cup of it for this recipe) which can be found with the goya foods. The sazon has MSG in it, so be careful if you have issues with that.Submitted by NYFASHIONQUEEN
