This is not a budget dish, nor easy to prepare but it is delicious. Gerard (the creator of this dish) hates any lobster base or broth that is commercially for sale. So he makes his own using most of the lobster body for broth and the meat for the dish. You'll get more bang for your lobster buck that way as well. Real paella has sausage and chicken as well as other fish and shellfish in it. This is another way to have a fulfilling meal while in phase 2 of the hCG Diet and not have to skimp on flavor.

Brown ground turkey and drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Add two 16 oz. cans of diced tomatos. Simmer. Take 4 flour tortillias and slice into 3x 3 squares (approx). Spray a 9X12 baking dish with non stick spray. Put a layer of tortillia into bottom of a baking dish. Spoon a layer of turkey/tomato over tortillias. Sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese. Repeat with another layer of tortillias, turkey/tomato, and cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.Submitted by FRANNY37144
