Roasted Butternut Squash with Molasses

This is a variation on a Rachael Ray recipe. I use molasses instead of syrup when I'm feeling the urge to be indulgent. (Thanksgiving time) To lighten it up, use sugar-free dark maple syrup. Just as yummy! Submitted by TWISSA72

Pumpkin Pecan Pie
Pumpkin Pecan Pie

This is a slight variation on Paula Deen's Pumpkin Pecan Pie. I added the spices to bring out more of the traditional pumpkin pie flavor moreso than the Pecan Pie flavor. You can use dark corn syrup instead of molasses. I just happened to have molasses. It's the holidays, so I'm ignoring the high calorie count on this one. Hope you enjoy it!Submitted by TWISSA72

Granpattie's no-cook Cranberry Relish

This is all done in the food processor and is not only yummy and nutritious, but is versatile. It's good on tarts, on vanilla frozen yogurt or orange sherbert, stirred into vanilla or lemon yogurt, and on top of fat-free cranberry-orange muffin bread (from a Krusteaz mix) with fat-free Redi-Whip on it...it's shortcake! MMMMMMMMMM!Submitted by GRANPATTIE

Butternut Squash Soup

Easy and yummy. Similar to Alton Brown's recipe but with a little less fat. Alton also roasts the squash in the oven basted with butter first. Roasting first definitely makes this soup better but it will still be good without. Adding half and half makes it great, but it's actually quite good without it!Submitted by SEAGIRLRUN
