Cracklin' Cornbread is one of my family's Thanksgiving tradition.
Cracklings are pork skin that is fried until the fat is rendered off leaving tiny crispy pieces of skin.
You can substitute it with fried bacon. But beware! High Calories! Submitted by VEHAMILTON1

I recommend this glaze for a smoked ham only. Putting this on a honey ham would be overpowering.Submitted by DIXIETANGO
This is an awesome recipe, which I modified but did not invent. Credit goes to Helene Samuel from France via Dorie Greenspan. You can change this recipe in lots of fun ways, including substituting rice for bread or adding hearty greens, etc. This is similar to the classic version, but the pepper has been removed.Submitted by KATE937
It's an unlikely cast of characters that make up this delicious, elegant steak supper - cranberries, maple syrup, bacon and wine meld into a delicious and surprisingly savoury sauce over simple pan-seared sirloin.Submitted by JO_JO_BA
