I got this from the healthy foodie blog by Doug DiPasquale. He suggests using it as a dip, a marinade, a dressing (with added vinegar), on pasta, or as a sauce for a meat or vegetable main course.
I only put 1 serving even though the calorie count is huge because it is so dependent on what you do with it. If you eat it with pasta the amount you eat will be different than if you use it as a dip with tortilla chips.Submitted by ONEFOOD
