Raspberry & Blueberry Smoothie

This is my favourite fruit smoothie, packed with antioxidants from the berries, aswell as Vitamins C & K is useful amounts. The almond butter adds calcium and magnesium, though can be substituted with another nut butter or taken out completely. Maple syrup controls blood sugar levels, and adds sweetness.
