My riff off of Chinese Dim Sum but with a Japanese teriyaki flavour inside. Instead of using meat I made a blend of TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) granules and crunchy, diced water chestnuts with a sweet and spicy BBQ-style teriyaki sauce.
