Vegan Drop Biscuits (EB version)

These drop biscuits are a weekend favorite at our house. They are absolutely delicious and are very quick to prepare.

A variation of the drop biscuit recipe from The Joy of Vegan Baking, these are made with melted Earth Balance margarine and some Whole Wheat Pastry Flour.

bittersweet homemade peanut butter cups (vegan, gluten-free, low carb, no refined sugar)

I made these for my stepmother, who loves chocolate and peanut butter but is trying to eat healthier.
