A single-layer, quick and vegan cake that I made to turn into the now infamous "cake balls". I wanted the flavours to be strong enough to compete with the dark chocolate I have covering them.Submitted by JO_JO_BA
Three flours in the crust (whole wheat, Kamut and buckwheat) and three berries in the pie (blueberries, blackberries and strawberries) make for a delicious change to the Summer dessert circuit.

This zippy little number was adapted from Beverly West's book "Culinarytherapy" - rather than boiling the veggies, I roast them, added another hot pepper, and use regular garlic in place of the elephant garlic. Her recipe calls for cilantro, but I hate it, so swap in parsley and a hint of mint. A delicious condiment to grilled fish or even over salad greens!Submitted by JO_JO_BA
I you love the combination of chocolate and coffee, this granola is for you! Cereal, oats, almonds and chocolate covered raisins add texture and flavour, while three hits of coffee (including Coffee Bean Brittle) make sure you stay awake!Submitted by JO_JO_BA

Slightly adapted from Giada De Laurentis’ Avocado MousseSubmitted by JO_JO_BA
