A Vegetarian Twist on Claire Robinson's "Turkey Robinson" Recipe from 5 ingredient fix!Submitted by NIBRYANT
I LOVE Swedish Meatballs and so does my fiance, However, since I have become a vegetarian it has been harder and harder to make the meals that we both love with limited options for meat substitutes.
I was beyond excited to find the veggie patch meatballs!
This recipe can be easily adapted to regular Swedish meatballs by substituting 48 oz of frozen meatballs with the Veggie Patch Meatless meatballs, adding one can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, using 1.5 cups of sour cream, and 3 teaspoons of soy sauce
Yes I know it says 5 hour cooking time, but what is so great about this recipe is you just load everything into your crock pot before work, turn it on low, and when you come home all you have to do is boil pasta, rice, make potatoes, etc... Submitted by NIBRYANT

Great on its own or with an accompanying salad, baked tomatoes, or whatever your vegetarian side, these hashbrowns promise to sooth and satisfy! Also a great dish for pot-lucks or large family gatherings. It's a sure crowd pleaser!Submitted by SEFANNING
A German-Italian couple, who lived next door to me one summer during an ESL course in England, shared this recipe with me. All root vegetables with only the teensiest amount of butter and salt per serving, this is one of the most wholesome, warming soups I've ever experienced. Great in winter and fall, this soup is sure to please all - okay, maybe not the kiddies but there are always exceptions!Submitted by SEFANNING
