chopped green pepper, {I use frozen},Add 1 eggland's best egg, 1 mushroom sliced, 1 tbs c 1 Tbs Hormel bacon bits, 1 Tbs onion,(I use minced) Mix well, breaking yolk. Microwave on high 1 minute. Spread cheese on bun. Enjoy!Submitted by MA88IEMAY
