My 15-year-old son wanted to make a fresh, healthy lunch for family and company one Sunday. Unfortunately, I, um... came home with a hangover Saturday night, and couldn't get my rear in gear Sunday morning to do some proper grocery shopping.
Tal (my son) had just bought some lovely garlic-parsley pasta at a farmer's market the day before; this is the recipe we came up with to create a lovely, if slightly unusual, pasta sauce with the ingredients we had on hand. We had a lot of people to feed; you can cut the recipe in half, or even go one-forth, for a more reasonable family meal batch.Submitted by TAROTGARDEN

Good on pasta, but works equally well on some meats. A good go-to, healthy, throw in what you have tomato sauce. Also delicious!
