I found this recipe on allrecipes.com and it's amazing!! It sounds like a strange combo, but it is the tastiest 260 calories I have ever had!!

Feels good in the belly! It is great for taking the edge off of hunger and feeds the whole house. Makes 20 servings 1 cup (I use a 5 quart crockpot) Eat this soup within 3 days of making it. It freezes well, or you could always cut the recipe in half.

This meal is made in your slow cooker. It isn't low fat, but it is high in fiber. You could also use ground beef instead of ground turkey for this.

I got this recipe from "Fix-It and Forget-it Cookbook." I omitted the onion called for in the recipe and opted for onion powder because I'm not a big fan of onions. The original recipe called for 2 medium onion, chopped
