Cookbook creator says: This is easy, fast and very yummy.
You can change the ingredients, if you do not like chilli leave it out. Or swop the pineapple with mushrooms or what ever you fancy.
Add more herbs or spices, a dash of wine? That would be nice. Use chicken stock or mushroom stock........mmmmmmmmmmm nice.

Cookbook creator says: I lost 15kg (33lbs) by having this for lunch.
Some day's i would skip the chicken and add grated carrot, or a little feta and 3 - 4 olives.
Or add 1/2 cup of cous-cous, rice or pasta.
Add what ever you like or change the fruit. As long as you don't have the same thing everyday.
