straight from the back of the box with cottage cheese instead of ricotta- due to what I had in fridge at the time! We also did not precook the noodles!! Making this way more fun!!!

The caramel, chocolate and touch of salt with the crackers made these a huge hit with the gang. The calorie count is low -- if you can stick to just one serving. It reminds me of a homemade chocolate bar.
