This quick Southern dish contains no added fat and very little added salt in its spicy tomato sauce.
This is an excellent recipe that meets several dietary needs. It is gluten free, low fat, low carb and low calorie. I nicknamed it "Church Chicken" because I made it (by request) for all our socials. This can be made with any kind of short noodles. I use gluten-free penne or mini shells as my hubby is Celiac. We love and it is great to take to any party. No one can tell the difference.Submitted by IAMHIGHLYFAVORD
