This is an excellent recipe that meets several dietary needs. It is gluten free, low fat, low carb and low calorie. I nicknamed it "Church Chicken" because I made it (by request) for all our socials. It has always been a great success. I use my electric roaster so the dish can be plugged in at the social to keep it warm.

This can be made with any kind of short noodles. I use gluten-free penne or mini shells as my hubby is Celiac. We love and it is great to take to any party. No one can tell the difference.
