This dressing is a bit thicker and yields about 1 1/4 cups. Serving size is based on 1 Tablespoon. This dressing is perfect for my Debby's Salinas Salad that has greens, chopped fruit and nuts.

I had a sample of a simple salad at Whole Foods one day. It consisted of Romaine Lettuce, fresh apple chunks, shredded parmesan cheese, and lime vinegrette. So, I decided to recreate the dressing. My husband and I are addicted to this. Originally, I did not add salt, but later did because it tasted flat without it.
