There's this salad at Buca Di Beppo and they use a dressing similar to this on their Apple Gorgonzola Salad. It's not right according to my boyfriend who works there, but i love it anyway. It's always better after a few days in the fridge. This is a slightly sweet dressing with a lot of flavor. It's great for BBQ's and formal events. I use this dressing with salads, spring rolls and as a marinade for BBQ. For salad use, it works well with the spring mix, chopped pecans or walnuts and dried cranberries. If you want to make a meal out of this salad add some grilled shrimp and 4 baked wonton wrappers.
