My whole family loves these! Although they may seem small (considering the size of muffin we can get in a bakery) but we always add a helping of fruit or yogurt for breakfast. Yummy!

It was cold and snowy today so I needed soup. This is an old favorite and I decided the calories were worth it. But it's not that bad as long as you limit your serving size! I added millet for fiber

A tasty muffin, decently low in calories without using artificial alternatives. Adding oats, applesauce and egg white in the batter makes it lower in calories. It still tastes like a "normal" muffin, you can't tell it's healthier, which is a plus in my book!

These are so good - you eat the skin and all - they are crunchy, chewy, and very satifying. I have modified the recipe for cooking just 1 sweet potato, which is supposed to be 1 serving, but it actually serves 2 pretty nicely so nutritional info is based on 2 servings.
