Cookbook creator says: Variations: Use cider vinegar instead of rice; Use chopped pecans instead of almonds; Sunflower nuts for sesame seeds;
I've also started using Agave Nectar in place of sugar and Splenda- it's divine! Not as much required either- For a delicious meal add grilled chicken or fish. YUM!
