The oil in this recipe is approx, since the only thing it is used for is to fry the bread in. I measured how much I put in the pan and only had approx 1/2 c missing at the end, so that is all I included in the recipe for the sake of the nutritional info. These are great sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar as elephant ears, eaten plain, or top with your favorite sandwich toppings.Submitted by LILWASPUD
