This recipe couldn't be faster to prepare if you tried! It tastes phenomenal and is ready minutes after you walk in the door. Feel free to throw in extra spices here or there for your own taste buds but it is excellent as is as well! I usually chop the potatoes, carrots and onions the night before so I don't have to work more than a minute the next morning. Enjoy!

This is an awesome and healthy dinner for two. I like to use more veggies than anything else. Very low fat and healthy but still a comfort food!

This is a recipe I got off of a website (can't remember which one) that sounded really good.
*I don't add the cheese in the crockpot as the original recipe calls for. I prefer to sprinkle it on top of the sandwich.*
I included the cooking time for the crockpot even though it doesn't need to be watched.

This is a Sandra Lee recipe adapted for my slow cooker. It tastes great paired with sauteed onion and peppers and maybe some oven roasted potatoes?

The cooking time is the time that the slow cooker does it's magic.
