I got the idea for this recipe from the Hungry Girl 200 reciepes for under 200 cal cookbook, just substituting chicken for tilapia. It was soooo good and takes care of the BBQ and sweet cravings in one shot. My kids even loved it. Hey, it got a picky three year old to eat...

I got this from the Fix It and Forget It Lightly cookbook. It calls for any diet soda. I actually used Diet Dr. Pepper. I used Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce. Finally, I'm not an onion person, so I skipped them--and used minced onion instead. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious! The only hard part is eating JUST ONE SERVING!

Meat and Potatoes are a favorite of my West Texas born and raised husband. Add some eggs, or in my case eggs mixed with egg whites to keep it healthier, and you have a hearty breakfast. I eat mine plain. My husband loves it with hot sauce and sometimes cheese. We also like to wrap in tortillas for on the go breakfast. But remember all those ‘extras’ means more calories added.
