This chicken recipe is also good with the skin on if you can afford the calories. If you also want to remove the bone, make sure you turn the chicken once while cooking so both sides brown. This makes alot of dry mix, so you can add another whole chicken breast, but you will have to change the calories and such.

Too tasty. Seriously. And way too easy to make. This chicken can be oven broiled or grilled, but the results are always fantastic. (I prefer broiling it...the spices make my kitchen smell soooo good!) I've also used this recipe for extra-firm (gluten free) tofu with great results!

Gluten free and full of flavor! Really quick and easy to make. As a celiac, I can't have most teriyaki sauces anymore, but this really reminds me of something I used to order in a local Chinese restaurant. For non-celiacs, you can make this with regular soy sauce, too.
