My children used to balk at me every time I attempted to serve squash for supper. I was surprised when I introduced this dish as a side for oven-fried chicken. Everyone loved it. Not a bite was left. This dish was a springboard for my children learning to like squash in other recipes as well. Hope you enjoy it!
